Rachel Nicole Riewerts

Wow...the most amazing experience of our lives and she arrived on time. 7:05pm on 30 Jan 2008 she was 7lbs and 19 3/4 iches at the time of birth. She is as happy and healthy as can be and just loves hanging out with mom and dad. She loved her bath time and was looking forward to her manicure and pedicure...little did she know that she is gonna have to wait for that. She is already being super spoiled. Mom is doing great and had about 24hrs of labor. We should be heading home on Sat morning. Enjoy the pics and more to come.

Rachel Nicole...whats taking you so long?

The tension is killing us...this is even worse than Christmas as a kid, at least you knew when it was coming. Every day you think "this is it", every phone call from Teresa I think, "am i heading home to pick her up", every stomach pain, twitch and groan sends your heart beating a million miles an hour only to realize that her arrival is STILL pending. Our Patience is running extremely thin and we have already decided that our first lesson to her is going to be about procrastination. Funny thing is that she isn't "due" until Wednesday...maybe we need a lesson on patience. Well, we are as prepared as we will ever be...the room is ready...the clothes are bought...the toys, swings and gadgets are assembled and our bag is packed...our next post will be from the hospital...till Rachel's "0" birthday...

Where should we live?

so we came upon this website and it has you answer a bunch of questions and than based on what you answer it gives you your top 10 places to live. Funny thing is that Denver was our number 1...I guess we were right. I'm interested in hearing where your number 1 is?
